CONSULTING ETHICS The consultant will enter into a contract to perform services only where he possesses the expertise and is confident that the client will benefit by his advice and counsel. Communication with clients will be conducted on a confidential basis. Ethical employee relations concepts in personnel and labor relations, which contribute to the objectives of the client, will be employed. The consultant will reveal the facts in any situation where his other interests may be in conflict with those of the client. Consideration of religion, nationality, race, sex, age or party politics shall not influence the consultant’s professional guidance. |
