Collective Bargaining

• Acts as chief negotiator for clients in preparing and presenting contract proposals to the union/associations. Represents clients in all phases of negotiations.

Win-Win/Interest Based Bargaining

• Provides training and assistance in implementing model to improve management-union relations by transitioning from conflict oriented negotiations to win-win model.

Contract Implementation

• Represents clients in interpreting contracts and in defending management action through the grievance procedure. Provides consultation on union/association problems during the term of the agreement.

Preventive Labor Relations/Union Avoidance

• Works with clients to combat effort by union to organize employees. Provides counsel on preferred techniques to achieve success. Helps to develop policies and procedures to improve employee relations to prevent union encroachment.

Executive Search & Recruitment

• Conducts searches for executive level staff. Performs all related function including advertisement, recruitment, screening, credential review, confidential review.

Affirmative Action Program Review

• Reviews current affirmative action program to assure compliance with Federal Regulations. Provides assessment of existing employment strategies and makes recommendations for future success.

Educational - Training Programs

• Assists clients in development of educational functions including orientation programs and specialized human relation workshops.

Human Resource Function

• Assists clients in reviewing functions of departments in areas of recruitment, training and labor relations. Provides interim assistance while search is conducted for permanent replacement. Assists in recruitment of new personnel.

Research

• Performs research into all areas of the human resource function.
